My style is very practical, I use exercises when they are appropriate, not just for the sake of it. I’ve worked with people of all levels across absolutely loads of sectors. I love the variety.

Amongst the many roles I held in the corporate world, I managed a Graduate Programme with responsibility for 75 graduates. And at that point, I didn’t have a degree myself!
I also worked at board level on succession planning and senior leadership development. I designed, delivered and analysed large engagement surveys.
I work with individuals and groups. I enjoy both for different reasons!
I work remotely and in person, whatever works best for us both.
