Are you stuck in your career?

Overwhelmed, confused, don't know what to do next?

Feeling stuck in your career doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It’s often the moment before you get unstuck.

At 16.
At 18.
Just out of university.
Mid-career.
Or at the top, wondering “is this really it?”

People get stuck in their careers at every stage. Not because they’re incapable, but because decisions matter.

Being stuck in your career often feels like this:

Too many voices.
Too many opinions.
Too many expectations.

Everyone else seems certain.
You’re quietly questioning.
Thinking ahead.
Second-guessing yourself.

From the outside, you might look capable and successful.
Inside, your thoughts feel tangled.

Get Unstuck

I help people get unstuck in their careers.

Not by telling you what you should do.
Not by rushing decisions.
And not by forcing confidence where it doesn’t yet exist.

Instead, I create space to think clearly, calmly, and without judgment.
Sometimes getting unstuck means choosing a direction.
Sometimes it means realising you don’t need to decide yet.
And sometimes it’s about giving yourself permission to change your mind.

People often tell me I’m cool, calm and collected and help to build confidence that they can make that change. If you’d like to know more then please explore my career coaching services

Amongst the many roles I held in the corporate world, I managed a Graduate Programme with responsibility for 75 graduates. And at that point, I didn’t have a degree myself!

I also worked at board level on succession planning and senior leadership development. I designed, delivered and analysed large engagement surveys.

I work with individuals and groups. I enjoy both for different reasons!

I work remotely and in person, whatever works best for us both.
